• Please choose your products/treatments carefully as we do not offer refunds for a change of mind.
• General Clinic Rules: To ensure that all clients at BeautyPlus+ Laser Clinic enjoy a relaxing and peaceful environment, we respectfully request that all guests keep noise to a minimum in the treatment and waiting areas. Mobile phones, pagers and electronic devices are to be left in the privacy of your room and keep silent. We appreciate all your co-operations.
• Arrival: Please arrive at least 15 minutes prior to your appointment to allow yourself time to change, fill out your treatment consultation form and undertake a comprehensive consultation with your therapist.
• Running Late: Arriving late will simply limit the time of your treatment, thus lessening its effectiveness and your pleasure. Your treatment will end on time, so the next guest is not delayed. If you are running more than 30% of booked treatment time may result need to wait for the next available time OR may simply forfeit the treatment as no show if late more than 50% of booked treatment time.
• Personal Belongings: It is advised and requested that all personal belongings should be left at home for security and that jewellery not be worn during your visit to our clinic. BeautyPlus+ Laser Clinic will accept no responsibility for the safety of personal belongings brought into the clinic property.
• Bookings: we recommend all clinic treatments and services to be booked in advance to avoid disappointment. Treatments can be purchased individually or as part of a package.
• Retails: At BeautyPlus+ Laser Clinic, we offer many ranges of skincare for the face and body. Please do not hesitate to consult with one of our friendly and qualified therapists, as they would be happy to assist you in your choice.
• Treatment Courses:  To obtain the best and optimum results, a course of specific treatments and the proper aftercare products may be recommended.
• No show/Cancellation Policy: we request that all clients endeavour to provide us with sufficient notices for cancellations. This will assist us in rescheduling your appointment. If you do not provide 24 hours’ notice for cancellation of your appointment, or do not attend a booked appointment, we reserve the right to charge a cancellation fee of 50% of the treatment cost. In the case of prepaid treatments, the treatment will be forfeited.  
• Gift Certificate/Treatment Packages: Treat someone special with our indulgent Gift Card. Contact us to discuss any requirements. Our friendly and professional staff can tailor the best solution to suit your needs.

-Time allocation of each treatment has no bearing on price.

– All clinic treatments, gift vouchers, pre-paid treatments are non-refundable.

– Expired gift cards/vouchers/VIP/prepaids cannot be honoured or extended.

– No re-issue for lost, stolen or misplaced gift cards/vouchers.

– Gift cards can only be redeemed on full price services, cannot be used in conjunction with any other offers.

– Prepaid treatments and packages that are changed or not taken in full are transferrable after the individual full priced of each treatment taken has been deducted and the remaining balance is credited in a gift voucher only within the period of validity for no more than the original validity period.

 -Prepaid treatments are valid for maximum 12 months from date of purchase. Promotions and offers purchased on gift cards are valid for 12 months. Gift cards are valid for 12 months and credit notes are valid for 6 months. After the gift card has expired, it is no longer valid. All transactions will be declined. Unused value will not be refunded and will become the property of BeautyPlus+ Laser Clinic.

              – Prepaid treatments cannot be shared or transferred.

             – Credit notes, gift cards/vouchers, and gift certificates can be redeemed only on services exclusive cosmetic injections and/or dermal fillers/Meso products.

                – All gift cards/certificates must be presented prior to receiving any treatments. Full payment will be charged in absence of a gift certificate.

• Refund Policy: Complies with NSW Department Fair Trading: Please choose carefully as we do not usually give refunds if you simply change your mind or make a wrong decision. We may issue the credit notes for treatments or transferable if change of mind within 7 days.
• Returns Policy: Goods cannot be returned for incorrect choice or change of mind. We may offer an exchange of items/products within 7 days after purchases with the clinic receipt and item is in NEW unused original conditions. Client may need to pay any differences if exchanged items are more expensive. No refund for any differences or delivery fees. Any refunds given for out of stock items will be credited back to the same credit card on which the purchase was made.
• Payment: We accept cash and all major credit cards. A surcharge of 2.0% applies to credit cards.
• VIP Loyalty Program: Ask in clinic how you can earn the complimentary treatments with our VIP Loyalty Program.
• Treatment’s consent: For clients’ safety and results. All treatments provide at BeautyPlus+ Laser Clinic needs clients’ consents prior to the treatments. Clients under the age of 18 years are required to be accompanied by a parent/guardian in the treatment room for their first treatment consultation and sign the consultation consent forms.
• Add on Treatments: Bookings must be made for each add on treatment purchased, at the same time as the booking is made for each treatment being added to. Clients can only purchase the same quantity of individual add on treatments as the number of primary treatments purchased in the pre-pay series. Payment must be made in full and at the time of purchase of the treatment being added to and the terms of our refund policy apply. Only valid on treatment except cosmetic injections or products. The single treatment price of the add on treatment must be equal or less in value than the treatment being added to.
• CM Slim Money Guarantees：

    –Client must do the CM Slim treatment for the same treatment area minimum 3 times per week and for minimum 6 treatments for one treatment area.

    -Client must follow the before and after care in the consultation form that explained by the therapist.

    -Client must purchase and use the body after care and product that recommended by the therapist.

    -Client must follow the light dietary and no hormonal medications.

    -The results may vary for individuals. Client must allow us to take the before and after photos.

    -Money guaranteed is applied on the FULL priced CM Slim treatments for the period of the treatment sessions ONLY. No guaranteed after the sessions finished, client needs to maintain the results after the treatments.

    -BeautyPlus+ Laser Clinic reserves all the changes and explanations.

• Special Conditions: If you are under the supervision of a doctor or are using any medications, please obtain permission from your doctor before scheduling/receiving any treatments from us. It is your responsibility to inform our staff of any medical conditions or physical limitations you may have prior to your treatment commencing.
• Promotions: Each of the treatments and promotions have exclusive special T&Cs. Please ask in clinic before purchase.
• Disclaimer: BeautyPlus+ Laser Clinic reserves all the rights to change services, products and prices at any time without notice. It is clients’ responsibilities to check all prices, expiry dates and T&Cs before purchase.
• Feedbacks and communications: We welcome all feedbacks and comments so that we can provide an even better services to our clients.
• Shipping Policy: Shipping will take 1-5 days for items in stock. Items which are not in stock will take 2-3 weeks. Should an item be unavailable for any reason, we will notify you ASAP within 5 working days, and a full refund will be given. Delivery is FREE to anywhere in Australia for orders over $200. If you order is less than $200, the standard delivery fee of $15 applies to anywhere in Australia.
• Prices: All prices shown on our website or price list are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and are inclusive of 10% GST. For overseas purchases, you will need to convert the total amount into Australian Dollars (AUD).

• Price Match Policy

If you find any same treatment for cheaper price, we will beat it by 10%

-At BeautyPlus+ Laser Clinic we will offer to match a competitor’s price and condition of use for the same treatment provided it is using the same equipment and/or products and carried out by appropriately qualified staff.

-The Price Match Policy only applies to competitors that operate within a 5km radius or on the same shopping strip as the BeautyPlus+ Laser Clinic the client is seeking to price match.

-The Price Match Policy applies to all BeautyPlus+ Laser Clinic services and products current advertised price by 10% if the competitor’s price is for the same treatment and using the same equipment or products. Exclusive to all online deals, groupon, coupon or online product selling.

-Clients must provide proof of the competitor’s advertised prices which must be current when seeking to price match and BeautyPlus+ Laser Clinic may take further steps to confirm the validity of the price and conditions of use to be matched. Clients may only purchase the same number of treatments as advertised by the competitor using the Price Match Policy, and if no maximum number of treatments is listed the number of treatments able to be purchased are limited to 3 per client within the validity time.

-Clients must mention the Price Match Policy at the time of purchase and or at the time of paying for their treatment or product. The Price Match Policy will not be applied where the products and/or treatments have already been paid for or received.

-The Price Match Policy does not apply to offers made by competitors from group buying, discount or coupon websites. The Price Match Policy will only apply to cosmetic injection treatments if the treatment requested by the client is necessary, indicated and recommended for the individual client by one of our medical practitioners following a full consultation and physical assessment.

-Our Price Match Policy cannot below our lowest cost and does not apply to our already discounted Full Body Laser Hair Removal treatments. And not conjunction with any other offers.

• Before and After Photo Campaign

BeautyPlus+ Laser Clinic would like to collect and process:

photographic images; and (b) video recordings; and (c) audio recordings; and (d) written testimonials (“the Material”) from you for the purpose of creating educational and promotional material.

To the extent that this material contains information about your medical diagnosis and treatment, it would be regarded as sensitive data, which by law requires your explicit consent to allow us to process it. If chosen to participate in this campaign you will be required to sign a legal consent form by which you will confirm that the person named in the release notice has agreed to the publication of the Material by BeautyPlus+ Laser Clinic both now and in the future. By signing the release, you agree that BeautyPlus+ Laser Clinic may use the material for promotional and informational purposes. You grant BeautyPlus+ Laser Clinic the right to use the material on its websites and in publications for use in its clinics and generally, which may include, but is not limited to media, posters, newsletters and newspapers, catalogues, video collages, etc. You grant BeautyPlus+ Laser Clinic the right to disclose the Material to third parties and media. You understand BeautyPlus+ Laser Clinic may, and has the right to, crop and/or collage the material with others and understand that the material may be transmitted over the internet.

You agree that by signing the form, you release and forever discharge BeautyPlus+ Laser Clinic, its agents, officers and employees, from any and all claims and demands arising out of or in connection with the use of the material, including but not limited to, any and all claims for invasion of privacy, defamation, or financial compensation and you waive all moral rights that you may have in the material.

• Terms and conditions for cosmetic injections:

-A $50-$100 deposit is required in advance for all cosmetic injection treatment bookings.

-All pre-paid cosmetic injection treatments are Valid for 3 months ONLY.

-Bookings must be made in advance.

-Cosmetic injection clients must be deemed medically fit and suitable for treatment, following a consultation with our doctors/injectors.

-Only the 15-minute consultations are complimentary, a consultation of 30 minutes or longer will attract a fee in accordance with the cosmetic injections pricing schedule.

-The price per area treated will depend on the number of units required and the product used.

-For Lips injections, the price is based on 1ml of dermal filler from a selection of base line lip filler products, as recommended for the client by the treating health professional.

-For legal reasons, the product names cannot be used in advertising. Please contact one of our doctors/injectors at our clinic for details.

-Products purchased in a package can only be used in one appointment.

-Packages cannot be split over appointments
